I understand that they are held hostage by manufacturers in the EU.This improvement is good news and makes me consider Reynaulds for further big ticket items. Of special note is the improved order communications and updates; Good Work & Thanks.

The sad fact is that a retailer cannot ship an item before it is received from the wholesaler or manufacturer (DRAT!). I have heard that exercising one's patience is good for building character. ... so just imagine what great characters we all are!

Another big deal for us "Euromodellrailroaders" is, that the EU Manufacturers prefer to do their business in Europe. Sometimes the overseas retailer won't get certain model of limited Production.
I know Rey and Roman at Reynaulds, they both do all they can to get certain models for you, they did it for me in the past a few times. So if you like to get limited or one time series, call them and they will make it happen, they never failed me. If there should be any issues, they will resolve them.
