About Consignment's items

I saw on the reynauls website that there are many used items on consignment for sale. However, I don't know if the quality of those items is classified as Ebay: New/Used and for Used items it is classified as Grade: C7-C10 ?

We are very picky about our consignment models. All have to be in very good shape and fully functional. Many of our models are brand new.
