Better wheels for Trix Spur N?

I have not been impressed with the quality of Trix cars lately.  On passenger coaches, the wheels do not turn freely; they have a lot of resistance to rolling, unlike my Fleischmann or Kato/Hobbytrain products.  Additionally, I bought a 3 car freight set (NOT from REI!), and the tank car was completely missing a truck and wheels - I've been waiting about 6 months for that item to be furnished.

So, is there a replacement wheel set that would give less friction to rolling for the passenger cars?  Or a source for trucks/bogies that might fit an Era VI tank car?
