Registering the BR05 Loco

I just purchased the BR05 loco (37051) and I cannot get my Mobile Station 60653 to find the loco.  I am able to get the Mobile Station to search using the "Find" option on the left side of the window but it comes back after a few minutes with "No Loco".  I have not had any trouble previously.

Another question - when I try to look through the data base I don't see a loco with "37051".  Do I need to update my Mobile Station data base?

Last question - how come the locos don' come with a "loco card" to insert into the Mobile Station?
