These are wonderful trees - if you can afford them!

  • I looked at these somewhere but I was not impressed with their pine trees.

  • Pine trees are hard to do, like any tree with needles.

Guys MBR coniferous trees are the best on the market see links below, they actually have needles. Michael E looked at the MBR pines which are European pines they look very different than North American pines. To really appreciate their coniferous trees for get the pines view their spruce, firs, and Larch click on the links below and view the large images, they are amazing.

Looking through the MBR offerings for N scale I like that they model specific species of trees. I'll certainly keep them in mind should I ever get to build a permanent layout (which is looking more likely, lately).

  • I'm used to seeing pine that looks like it has bottle brushes on its branches and cones on them. White pine I think it is.

The other trees look great though and I wouldn't hesitate to spend my money on them.

  • I already know the company, this is the closest as it can get to "good" self made trees. Hand made Items have there price tag. It takes me a few hours to build a tree myself, if I would sell those to someone with my hourly rate....oh boy.....nobody would buy it because they would be way to expensive. Beside the fun.....I think the price it OK compare to some pre-made plastic tree's from known manufacturer.
