Got interested in Electrotren in 1975, but won't repeat the whole story. That is under "Is Anyone Out There" thread as I fumbled through the dark trying to figure out how to introduce myself. Primary focus is British OO, but as most people over here see a buffer and to them it's all the same Euro-thing, I enjoy blending in some Electrotren, much of it fairly vintage. Simply put, I fell in love with the stuff in '75 and have kept coming back to the well ever since.
As I look about the site, it seems the most recent posts are two years old. That can't be right, can it? Lastly, does anyone have the what, where, when on the Electrotren wagon with the olive oil amphorae? Was that relatively rare, or common?Inspiration behind it?
