The program is version 1, so the problem maybe that this program was designed to run as a dual 16-Bit program which will run on a 32-Bit dual processor but not on a 64-Bit dual processor. From my research, the program needs to be upgraded by Marklin (newer version) to run on 64-Bit processor. Unless there's someone who knows the answer.
